SiteQuote helps contractors create, manage, and send job quotes to customers. Your quotes, customers and business details are stored locally on your device.
Everything you enter — business details, customer contacts, quotes, photos, and signatures — stays on your device in a local database. We never receive it.
Anonymous usage counts (app version 1.6.0 and later): the app sends a count the first time each of these happens on your device: first open, intro finished, first quote created (and which built-in template it started from, and from 1.6.7 whether it had a customer phone number), third quote created, first signature, Send via Text tapped (1.6.7 and later), first quote sent (by text or as a PDF), first preview texted to yourself, paywall shown, the Pro page opened from the dashboard, from Settings or from a sent quote (1.6.6 and later), subscribe tapped. Each count carries only the app version and the date. It has no name, no device or account identifier, and nothing you typed. You can turn this off any time in Settings → Privacy.
Camera: Used to capture job site photos that you attach to quotes. Photos are stored locally on your device.
SMS: Used to send quotes to your customers via text message. SiteQuote opens your device's SMS app — messages are sent through your carrier, not through our servers.
You can export all your data at any time from Settings → Export All Data (CSV). This gives you a complete copy of your quotes and contacts.
SiteQuote does not use advertising or tracking services, and does not share data with third parties. The anonymous usage counts above are stored in a database we operate, hosted by Supabase.
Since your quotes and customer data are stored locally, uninstalling SiteQuote removes them. The anonymous counts cannot be traced back to you or your device, so there is nothing of yours to delete on our side. You can also delete individual quotes and contacts from within the app.
